Founded in 2009, Flatirons Housing has been serving the property rental needs for CU students for over 15 years. We have built a reputation for providing exceptional service and value to our students.

We are Lane & Cathy Lee. We own and manage our properties ourselves -- we don't use a management company. Properties are available for occupancy in August of each year and require a ~12 month lease and parental guarantee.
